NOFF is the signature event of the New Orleans Film Society (NOFS) which was founded in 1989. The Festival has had particular success in recent years, growing into a major showcase of local, regional, national and international films attracting hundreds of filmmakers each year.

The eleventh annual Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival is New Orleans’ premier showcase for Southern soul. This free event is located a short walk from the Hotel. Musical guests for 2016 include Tab Benoit, Nikki Hill, Taj Mahal and more.

Voodoo Art + Music Experience (“VoodooFest”) has burgeoned from a small, Halloween-themed music festival to one of the most highly-anticipated, well-attended musical events of the year. Held in New Orleans City Park, the extravaganza features both local and nationally-known acts, this year’s line up includes Tool, The Chainsmokers, The Weeknd, Preservation Hall Brass Band, G-Eazy and more. Often, new performers are added to the line-up as the event draws near.
